Terms and Conditions:
By signing this certificate, you agree to all Terms and Conditions. All customers are required to take a mandatory 90-minute presentation at the Resort. If you fail to show up for the scheduled presentation during your vacation, the customer will be charged a no-show penalty of $600 USD to cover the retail rate of your stay. A proper form of identification (driver’s license, identification card, passport, credit card, or other official documentation) must be presented upon arrival at the resort. No other term, limitation, condition, or requirement material is needed to use the vacation certificate or any right, benefits, or privileges of the vacation certificate other than those stated. If any accommodation or facility which a purchaser acquires the right to use pursuant to the vacation certificate is not completed at the time the certificate is offered for sale, the date of availability is within 30 days. Vacation VIP Club at 6100 Lake Ellenor Drive suite 151 Orlando FL 32809, has the right to alter, amend, or add to the charges to which the purchaser may be subject and the terms and conditions under which such charges may be imposed. If a sale or agreement to purchase a vacation certificate is completed over the telephone, the seller shall inform the purchaser over the telephone that: The purchaser may cancel the certificate without any penalty or obligation within 30 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the vacation certificate, whichever occurs later. The purchaser may also cancel the certificate if accommodations or facilities are not available upon request for use as provided in this certificate. This travel certificate is non-transferable. The customer is responsible for paying the resort fees/taxes upon check-in. For all-inclusive trips, Transportation from the airport is included and Meals/Beverages are included but for non-inclusive trips transportation from the airport is not included and meals/beverages are not included. All vacation packages require a minimum of 30 days advance booking prior to travel dates. Refundable deposits may be required at certain resorts. Price varies to cover damages and will be returned to the original method used to pay after checkout. As long as no damages have been caused, you will receive the deposit in full. By signing this certificate, the Customer is agreeing to receive electronic, text, and phone communications from Vacation VIP Club LLC. The Customer may choose to opt out of these communications at any time by emailing us at admin@vacationvipclub.com or texting UNSUBSCRIBE to 1-888-850-2040.

Cancellation Clause:
You may cancel this certificate without any penalty or obligation within 30 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the vacation certificate, whichever occurs first. . To cancel this agreement, a signed and dated copy of a statement that you are canceling should be emailed to admin@vacationvipclub.com no later than midnight, 30 days after the signature of this certificate. No purchaser should rely upon representations other than those included on this certificate. However, the inclusion of this statement shall not impair any purchaser’s right to bring legal action based on verbal statements.
This certificate puts all assignees on notice of the consumer’s right to cancel under sections 559.933, Florida Statutes.
